Brilliantly helpful! I needed to replace a shower head fitting from a style of shower that appears to be out of production. Not only did they manage to find the part I needed but they went the extra mile to remove the broken part that was stuck in the shower head, so I didnt also have to replace the very expensive shower head too! Saved me a lot of money. Very happy
