I was not impressed. I order dansak particularly because I love spicy food. The dansak had no heat to it at all so I may as well have ordered a korma.
Worst take out in ages. Ordered a small order from here, took over 2 hours to arrive and when it did it was cold.We called three times whilst we were waiting and was told on each occasion it was out for delivery, considering it is probably a three minute drive up the road this was clearly not true; even if there were other deliveries on the way. We called to complain the food was cold, we were blown off on multiple occasions while they 'waited for the manager' and on the final call we were hung up on. We had to go through Just Eat to get our refund as the restaurant refused to speak to us. Not the only bad experience I've had here, but thought I'd try. Never again.
Ordered said it would be 45mins waited 2hrs 45mins and called 4 times to see where the order was said 5mins away each time , finally arrived cold so straight in the bin , prob best new years takeout yet Highly recommend you go esle where disgusting service disgusting food
Very very poor service, do not order from here!!The food was over an hour late, we phoned 3 times and were blown of each time with poor excuses. When it finally arrived it was cold!We have been offered no refund or no exchange, they even hung up on us as we tried to sort it out!Worst restaraunt In Hampshire!
